Sheffield United FC, promoted to the Premier League for the 2023-24 season after two seasons in the second division, has launched a survey to find out what supporters think about the fan experience at Bramall Lane (Sheffield, ENG) and at stadiums across the English league, announced the club on 18/10/2023.

"The survey covers a wide range of topics, including how you follow your club, customer service, stadium facilities, and how your club engages with you. Disabled fans who complete the survey will also be asked for their views on any dedicated services and facilities that they use," said the club.

Participants in the survey will be entered into a draw for a chance to win two tickets to a Premier League match, a Premier League club shirt or an EA SPORTS FC 24 (formerly FIFA) game.

The survey is being carried out in collaboration with the Premier League and conducted by the independent consultancy Yonder.
