• British businessman Jim Ratcliffe (INEOS) has reportedly made a £1.3bn (€1.5bn) offer to acquire a 25% minority stake in Manchester United FC (Premier League).
• Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) and its official equipment supplier adidas have unveiled a collection inspired by its home shirt from the 1995-96 season.
• The Swiss marketing agency Marketing Media Solutions (MMS) and the Ivorian group PC Plus have acquired the free-to-air broadcasting rights to 42 sub-Saharan African countries for matches involving their national teams in the FIFA 2026 World Cup qualifiers, announced the two entities on 17/10/2023.
• Sacem and Foot Unis have signed a partnership agreement on the amounts applicable to professional football clubs for music broadcasts in their stadiums.
