Ligue 1: Paris Saint-Germain Foundation sponsors a tournament for underprivileged children in India

The Paris Saint-Germain Foundation, the charitable arm of the Parisian club, has sponsored the Khel Khel Mein League in India, an event organised by the "Teach For India" association for children from disadvantaged neighborhoods in New Delhi, the final match of the tournament was on 14/12/2014. The Parisian club provided financial support and educational expertise to the Khel Khel Mein League ("All in play" in Hindi), in which more than 500 children participated.

"We wish to reach out to children in need, in Paris, its region and around the world. By using the motivational power of sports, our aim is to help them grow, and share with them positive values like respect, teamwork and desire to succeed. Initiatives like the Khel Khel Mein League are a great step in that direction," stated Christine Le Gal, director of the Paris Saint-Germain Foundation, on 14/12/2014.
