Sportel 2023: "We're competing against various forms of entertainment" (A. Guarnerio, Lega Serie A)

"From this season onwards, we will bring our sports message to the world, together with stories about Italy as well as content featuring each club’s top players, and make it available to our broadcasting partners. We will do it to pass on the passion of our fans and to convey how attractive Italy is as a tourist destination. We are basically competing against various forms of entertainment. This is a way for us to become more relevant not just on the sporting front, but on a larger scale," declared Anna Guarnerio, international media rights director of Lega Serie A, at Sportel Monaco 2023 on 24/10/2023.

Anna Guarnerio participated in the conference "A country focus: Italy", alongside Frank Leenders, director general of media and marketing services at FIBA, Andrea Marini, CEO of Deltatre, and Fabio Cannavaro, ambassador of Lega Serie A.
