The Italian lawyer Fabio Giordano is the new interim president of Parma FC (Serie A TIM), announced the club on 19/12/2014. He replaces Pietro Doca, who was officially presented by Parma FC as the new president on 16/12/2014, but who later refuted this information to the Italian press on 18/12/2014.

Fabio Giordano will hold the presidency for a period of three months, after which he will resume as vice-president of the club, a position he held from 16 to 19/12/2014. In late March 2015, one of the new shareholders of the Russian-Cypriot consortium Dastraso Holdings Limited, which bought Parma FC on 11/12/2014, will assume the presidency of the club. The identity of the shareholders has not been disclosed at this time.

Fabio Giordano runs a law firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions, which led the acquisition of 66.55% of shares in the capital of Parma FC to Dastraso Holdings Limited from Eventi Sportivi SpA, owned by Tommaso Ghirardi, president and owner of the Parmesan club from 03/01/2007 to 11/12/2014.
