Canada: TSN, RDS and beIN Sports to share the TV rights for the 2015-2018 European Cups

The pay-TV groups TSN (in English) and RDS (in French), both properties of Bell Media Group, acquired TV and radio broadcast rights in Canada for the Champions League and the Europa League from 2015 to 2018, on 19/12/2014.

TSN will broadcast live, on five national channels (TSN channels 1 to 5), more than 190 matches of both competitions each season, including 16 matches per week during the group stage, the majority of knock-out stage matches, and the finals of the Champions League and Europa League. The channels RDS, RDS and RDS Info 2 will broadcast live "a minimum of three of the best games available every week", as well as the finals.

The matches of the Champions League and Europa League will also be available live and on-demand streaming video on the Internet and mobile platforms TSN GO and RDS GO, and will be carried on the TSN Radio station network.

UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) and Bell Media also entered into an agreement with the pay-TV group beIN Sports, which will broadcast live, on its TV channels and the streaming platform beIN Sports Connect, more…
