DFL: two NFL regular season games at Deutsche Bank Park (Frankfurt, GER) on 05 & 12/11/2023

The National Football League (NFL) is organising two regular season games at Deutsche Bank Park (55,000 capacity) in Frankfurt (Hesse, GER) between the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs, winners of the Superbowl in 2023, on 05/11 (kick-off 15:30 CET) then between the Indianapolis Colts and the New England Patriots on 12/11/2023 (kick-off 15:30 CET), announced the Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL) on 30/10/2023.

The staging of these matches at the home ground of Eintracht Frankfurt (Bundesliga) is part of the collaboration between the National Football NFL and the DFL, signed on 09/02/2022. Under this agreement, Germany will host at least one NFL regular season game each year during the 2022-2025 cycle, alternating between Munich (Bavaria) and Frankfurt.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Seattle Seahawks (21-16) was the first NFL game to be played in Germany, at the Allianz Arena (75,000 capacity) home of FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga), on 13/11/2022. The game was attended by 69,811 spectators. The NFL has been relocating games outside the United States since 2007 (United Kingdom, Mexico, etc.).
