Spain: Puma extends as ball supplier for LALIGA EA Sports & LALIGA Hypermotion

Puma has extended as the football supplier for LALIGA EA Sports and LALIGA Hypermotion under a "long-term partnership" from the 2024-25 season, announced LALIGA on 07/11/2023. The German equipment manufacturer has been supplying the balls for the Spanish league's two professional divisions since the 2019-20 season.

As part of the agreement, the two partners will work on "the creation of special editions and series" as well as "youth projects with LALIGA ACADEMY and initiatives with great social importance such as LALIGA Genuine," added the body.

Since the start of the 2023-24 season, Puma has signed agreements to supply balls for the competitions of three other football organisations:
• The English Football League (Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One and Sky Bet League Two) for the 2024-2027 cycle, on 26/09/2023
• The Confederation of African Football (CAF) for several official competitions, including the TotalEnergies AFCON 2023 Ivory Coast  (from 13/01 to 11/02/2024), on 10/10/2023
• CONMEBOL for "all club and national team competitions" over the 2024-2026 cycle, on 11/10/2023
