FFF/violence & discrimination: launch of a new alert and reporting platform

"The Fédération Française de Football has launched its new alert and reporting platform for all football fans who are victims or witnesses of serious and reprehensible acts, particularly in the areas of sexual and gender-based violence, homophobia, racism and all forms of violence and discrimination," announced the body on 08/11/2023.

"The launch of this alert platform is part of the FFF's societal commitment plan, announced on 19/10/2023 (see below), in which the fight against all acts that run counter to the values of our sport and the law is one of the FFF's priorities," explained the body.

This announcement comes almost a month after the newspaper L'Equipe reported that the freephone number set up by the FFF to collect testimonies from victims of physical and sexual violence had malfunctioned, with calls going unanswered between April and October 2022.
