CA Osasuna: a record turnover of €76.8m & a net loss of €5.1m in 2022-23

Club Atletico Osasuna (LALIGA EA Sports) posted a record turnover of €76.8m at the end of the 2022-23 financial year (01/07/2022 to 30/06/2023), up 8.1% on 2021-22 (€71.1m), announced the club on 09/11/2023. The net loss was €5.1m, compared with €1m in 2022.

While TV rights revenues (€49.9m at the close of the 2022-23 financial year, compared with €51.2m the previous year) and season ticket and matchday revenues (€5.42m in 2022-23, compared with €5.39m a year earlier) were virtually stable, revenues from commercial and advertising contracts increased by 68.5% to €11.2m (versus €6.6m in 2021-22).

The club's expenses amount to €84.6m at the end of the 2022-23 financial year (compared with €74.2m the previous year), mainly due to a wage bill that has risen by nearly €10m (€47.1m in 2022-23, versus €40.5m in 2021-22).

In addition, the club's net debt increased from €51.1m to €61m in 2022-23. This increase is mainly due to the payments received from LALIGA as part of the LALIGA Impulso plan.
