• FIFA has launched two separate calls for tenders for the broadcasting rights in South Korea for the 2026 World Cup and the Women's World Cup in 2027, announced the body 08/11/2023.
• Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) has announced that "a preliminary agreement has been reached with a group of leading global financial institutions to refinance the substantial majority of its debt and that of its subsidiary Olympique Lyonnais SASU, for a total amount of €320m, on a long-term basis."
• Juventus FC (Serie A TIM) have signed a partnership with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) as part of its "Future Falcons" programme.
• British businessman Jim Ratcliffe (INEOS), who had submitted an offer to buy the shares of the Glazer family (67%), majority shareholders of Manchester United FC (Premier League), has increased his offer to acquire a minority stake to 25%, according to the English press.
• Harry Kerr, formerly of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, has joined the Premier League as head of digital partnerships and distribution.
