Premier League: West Bromwich Albion dismiss Alan Irvine as manager

West Bromwich Albion FC (Barclays Premier League) have dismissed the Scotsman Alan Irvine as manager, the club announced on 29/12/2014.

Alan Irvine, 56 years old, had been manager of the club since 14/06/2014. West Bromwich Albion stated that assistant head coach Rob Kelly will take charge of the team on an interim basis for the match at West Ham United FC on 01/01/2015. The club expects to name its next permanent manager by 03 or 04/01/2015.
