AS Monaco FC: "We don't want to be seen exclusively through football" (Thibaut Chatelard)

"Through its partnership with APM Monaco (jeweller) - main shirt sponsor of AS Monaco FC (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) in 2023-24 - the club will strengthen its positioning as a lifestyle/fashion brand. We don't want to be seen exclusively through the prism of football. We want to be connected to everything that makes up the club's environment, the players and our fans," said Thibaut Chatelard, chief marketing and revenue officer at AS Monaco FC, to News Tank Football on 10/11/2023.

Thibaut Chatelard, who joined the Monaco club in May 2023 after 12 years with the LNR, described AS Monaco's marketing and sponsorship strategy. "This year, we marketed all the spaces on the professional team's playing kit (seven partners), a first for the club. This is an important aspect of our medium-term value-creation strategy, as we are now entering a dynamic of attractiveness and rarity," explained Chatelard.
