Panini: launch of a Barclays WSL sticker collection, the 1^st dedicated to a national women's league

The Football Association (The FA) and Italian collectible card and sticker manufacturer Panini have launched an album dedicated to the Barclays Women's Super League, announced the English body on 13/11/2023. This is the first collection dedicated to a national women's league published by the group: since the Women's World Cup 2011 in Germany, only international women's football tournaments have been the subject of dedicated Panini albums.

The collection consists of 350 stickers of the 12 teams competing in the English women's top flight, and will be available from December 2023. The starter pack includes an album and five sticker packs. "With fan experience key to everything we do, we are delighted that fans of the WSL will now be able to collect and trade stickers of their favourite players," said Sue Campbell, director of women's football at The FA.
