Euro 2024 qualifiers: 8.78 million viewers for Ukraine - Italy on Rai 1

Ukraine - Italy (0-0), the Italian national team's eighth Euro 2024 qualifier (Group C), drew an average of 8.78 million viewers on the Italian public TV channel Rai 1, on Monday 20/11/2023 (kick-off at 20:45 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Auditel.

This figure represented an audience share of 38.7%. Italy finished second in their group with 14 points (behind England with 20 points) and have qualified for the final phase of Euro 2024.

Italy - North Macedonia (5-2), Italy's seventh match in these qualifiers, drew an average of 7 million viewers on Rai 1 on Friday 17/11/2023 (kick-off at 20:45 CET), according to Auditel. Audience share: 33%.

• The Italian public broadcasting group RAI, which held the exclusive broadcasting rights to the Italian national team's matches over the 2018-2022 cycle, has extended these rights for an undisclosed period.
