D1 Arkema: Paris Saint-Germain "most followed women's team" with 2 million followers on social media

"The Paris Saint-Germain women's team (D1 Arkema) has now reached the milestone of 2 million cumulative followers on social media. Paris Saint-Germain is the most followed women's team in France, even ranking above some Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs," announced the French club on 20/11/2023. 

Paris Saint-Germain's women's team has 1,357,575 followers on the social network Instagram (as of 21/11/2023), seven times more than OL Féminin (193,634 followers), the 2022-23 D1 Arkema champions. The Paris Saint-Germain women's team is also the most followed D1 Arkema club on the social networks Facebook (556,000 followers) and X (formerly Twitter, 148,367 followers). In total, the women's team had 2.06 million followers on its various social networks on 21/11/2023.

"A steadily growing audience that testifies to the appeal of Paris Saint-Germain and women's football. Since the start of the 2023-24 season, the women's team accounts have gained 123,000 new followers, and the club has set a new record with a video that has generated almost 5 million views on Instagram," added PSG.
