"There are still 11 players on the football pitch, but otherwise everything is different and it's hard to imagine what will happen in five years' time," said Javier Tebas, president of LALIGA, at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome (ITA) on 21/11/2023.

The Spaniard spoke at the Social Football Summit (SFS) on the occasion of the 6^th edition of the international benchmark event for the football industry, held on 21 and 22/11/2023.

"Football is in a stressful situation at the moment. Things have changed so quickly over the last few years. We have to try and understand what's going on and adapt, especially when it comes to the development of OTT platforms. It's up to the leagues and federations to drive things forward. That's their responsibility. As for the clubs, they have to look after their own digital development and the sporting side of things.
