LFP: creation of the "S1" badge to be worn by the Ligue 1 Uber Eats' top goalscorer each matchday

The Ligue de Football Professionne has teamed up with Tyrsa Studio to create the "S1" (for "Scorer number 1") badge, which will be affixed to the shirt of the leader of the Ligue 1 Uber Eats scoring charts on each new matchday, announced the Ligue on 23/11/2023.

The league's top goalscorer, will wear the "S1" badge on his shirt each matchday. "The race for this new badge will be highlighted by a video featuring the players in the top goalscorers' table," said the League.

"The first badge will be awarded to Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappé (FRA), who currently leads the scoring charts with 13 goals so far this season. The badge will be affixed for the first time to the shirt that Paris SG's number 7 will wear for the match versus AS Monaco FC, at the Parc des Princes (Paris, FRA), on Friday 24/11/2023 (kick-off at 20:45 CET) in the opening game of Matchday 13," explained the LFP.
