Lega Serie A: partnership with the Globe Soccer Awards for the creation of two categories in 2024

The Lega Serie A has entered into a partnership with the Globe Soccer Awards 2024 (15^th edition), an awards ceremony to be held in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) on 19/01/2024, announced the Italian league on 23/11/2023.

The collaboration involves the creation of two award categories: "Serie A Best Digital Content by a Player" and "Serie A Best Digital Content by a Club". The ceremony is organised with the Dubai Sport Council and recognises "footballers, managers, agents, emerging talent, and other industry figures."

"As part of its efforts to engage with Gen Z audiences in MENA, Lega Serie A has recently launched English and Arabic Snapchat and TikTok accounts - the first and only accounts in Arabic on these social media platforms from a European football league," explained the league.
