Tennis: New Balance, equipment supplier of the Australian Open & United Cup (2024-2026)

New Balance has become the official equipment supplier of the Australian Open Grand Slam tournament, as well as the United Cup, a joint competition launched by the ATP and the WTA in 2023, for three editions (2024-2026), announced the Australian Open on 28/11/2023.

As part of the agreement, the American brand becomes the "official performance apparel and footwear provider" for both competitions, a newly created status in their respective sponsorship hierarchies. New Balance, whose tennis ambassadors include American Coco Gauff, winner of the 2023 US Open, will also dress the ball boys and girls at the United Cup.

"To celebrate the relationship, New Balance will release an AO co-branded line of performance apparel and footwear. The range will be available for purchase online and during the AO from New Balance's on-site retail store on Grand Slam Oval (an event venue adjacent to Melbourne Park)," explained the two parties.
