Liverpool / LFC Foundation: 122,861 beneficiaries and more than €100m of “social value” in 2022-23

• 122,861 beneficiaries in 2022-23 versus 83,694 in 2021-22 (+47%);
• 55% of beneficiaries aged 5 to 10, and 63% of boys;
• 88.7m (€103.3m) of social value generated by the various programmes, bringing the total to £192m (€223m) since the 2020-21 season;
• £13 (€15) of social value created for every £1 spent or raised;
• 90,000 gifts given to 17,500 disadvantaged people, with a total value of £1.4m (€1.6m, up 84% on 2021-22).

These are the main figures from the Liverpool FC Foundation (Premier League) 2022-23 impact report, published by the club on 05/12/2023. This is the third edition of the annual review of the LFC Foundation's activities, which began in 2020-21. The report focuses on measuring the social value generated by the Foundation's various programmes, including the estimated savings to the public authorities in a number of areas as a result of the club's actions.

For the 2022-23 season, the Foundation's programmes involved 675,986 hours of activity, compared with 348,000 in 2021-22.
