• A competition with 64 clubs divided into three divisions: Star (16 participants in two groups of eight), Gold (the same) and Blue (32 clubs in four groups of eight);
• Participation based on sporting merit, with no permanent members;
• The launch of "Unify" a free global streaming platform for watching Super League matches and related content;
• Over the first three seasons: 8% of Super League revenues will be allocated to the clubs, with a guaranteed minimum of €400m, more than that planned for the next UEFA cycle;
• A women's competition with 32 teams divided into two divisions.

These are the main proposals put forward by A22 Sports for its new European Super League project on 21/12/2023. The promoter of the Super League unveiled this project just moments after the publication of the ruling by the Court of Justice of the European Union, which found that "the FIFA and UEFA rules making any new interclub football project subject to their prior approval, such as the Super League, and prohibiting clubs and players from playing in those competitions, are unlawful."
