United Kingdom: DAZN to be distributed via various Sky services from 2024

DAZN has signed a distribution agreement with the pay-TV operator Sky in the UK and Ireland from 2024, announced the OTT sports platform, on 21/12/2023.

"Sky customers will be able to sign up to DAZN’s service on Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q," explained the platform. This will give them access, via "flexible and affordable" subscription prices, to various sporting competitions such as the UEFA Women's Champions League, the Roshn Saudi League as well as boxing and MMA events. The NFL Game Pass, which includes live NFL games, broadcasts and archive content, is available for purchase via the DAZN app.

"DAZN’s distribution strategy is to be as accessible to as many sports fans as possible, and Sky’s great technology through Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream, will help us get into more homes across the UK and Ireland, so even more people can discover the sports entertainment universe we are working hard to create," said Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN.
