France/CSR: LFP campaign to promote accessibility & the inclusion of people with disabilities

The Ligue de Football Professionnel is launching "Au stade, les différences se font sur le terrain" ("At the stadium, the differences are made on the pitch"), a campaign that "highlights the accessibility for and inclusion of people with disabilities," announced the body on 02/01/2024.

As part of this campaign, the League is taking advantage of the Trophée des Champions between Paris Saint-Germain and Toulouse FC on 03/01/2024 at the Parc des Princes (kick-off at 20:45 CET) to present a series of initiatives aimed at visually impaired spectators, including connected headsets that will enable them to experience the match in optimised conditions, either thanks to an enlargement mode that makes it easier to zoom in on the pitch, or thanks to the TV stream mode that enables them to watch the images filmed by the cameras directly with their headsets.

The campaign, which includes two clips - one for the Ligue 1 Uber Eats and one for the Ligue 2 BKT - will continue throughout the second half of the season in both leagues, with other initiatives designed to welcome disabled spectators into…
