News Tank Football: elections, appointments & departures recorded in December 2023

• The DFL Foundation (DFL Stiftung) has extended the contract of its chair Franziska Fey for a further three years, until 2026, announced the German Professional Football League on 01/12/2023.

• "The Electoral Commission of the National Professional Football League (LALIGA), in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association and the General Regulations of LALIGA, has agreed to the definitive declaration of Mr. Javier Tebas Medrano as president of the National Professional Football League for a period of four years," announced the Spanish body on the evening of 12/12/2023.

• Jean-Michel Aulas was elected vice-president of the Fédération Française de Football (FFF) with 78.58% of the votes cast at the FFF's Federal Assembly in Paris (FRA) on 16/12/2023.

• Olivier Jaubert, CEO of Toulouse FC (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) since August 2020, will leave the club on 31/12/2023, announced the club on 22/12/2023. The decision was taken jointly with Damien Comolli, the club's president, as part of a "necessary evolution within the organisation of Toulouse FC."
