Danish production company BLAST has acquired the rights to organise and operate the Fortnite Championship Series (FNCS) and Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) global circuits from the US publisher Epic Games from 2024, announced the Copenhagen-based company on 04/01/2024.

As part of this strategic partnership planned for several years, Epic Games has entrusted BLAST with the management of "all operations" including the "event production and marketing" for the two competitions. "BLAST will also be responsible for the commercial rights of both games’ competitive broadcasts and events, a first for the FNCS," said the company.

This is an extended partnership, as the Danish company is already in charge of organising several events on Fortnite's competitive circuit since 2021, although it has not been entrusted with the management of the marketing rights.
