• According to the British daily The Times, UEFA has sent a letter to the CJEU asking it to amend its announcements published on 21/12/2023 concerning the Super League ruling. The European Confederation considers that the content of these statements is "inaccurate" and "contrary to the decision" actually handed down.
• FC Barcelona (LALIGA EA Sports) is taking German company Libero Football Finance (a financial consultancy listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange) to court for failing to pay the €40m for the acquisition of a 10% stake in Barça Vision, according to the Spanish press.
• The OTT platform DAZN has extended its distribution agreement with the telecommunications operator Telefonica (parent company of the pay-TV bouquet Movistar) until 2027 in Spain.
