Eredivisie: adidas extends as equipment supplier of AFC Ajax until 2031

adidas has extended its partnership with AFC Ajax (Eredivisie) for an additional six seasons (2025-2031), announced the club le 11/01/2024. Ajax had previously extended its partnership with adidas until 2024-25 the 13/07/2018.

The German equipment manufacturer has been a partner of Ajax since 2000. "With the extension, the partnership will surpass the 30-year milestone, making it the longest running sporting goods partnership in the Eredivisie, and one of the longest running partnerships in European football," said the club.

"adidas has supplied sporting goods for the players and staff of our first team, the Ajax youth academy and the Ajax Amateurs since the start of the partnership, and was instrumental when launching the Ajax Esports team, the Ajax Women in 2012 and the Only Friends disabled teams of Ajax in 2017, the latter two in collaboration with ABN AMRO (bank, official partner of the club since January 2015)," added the Dutch club.
