DFL: S. Kluise named corporate strategy director & B. Zuber, digital business development director

Silke Kluise, former chief financial officer of OneFootball (an international football media platform), has been appointed director of corporate strategy for the Deutsche Fussball Liga with immediate effect, while Bastian Zuber, managing director of DFL Digital Sports, a subsidiary of the German league that specialises in the production and distribution of digital content, has been appointed interim director of digital business development, announced the DFL on 16/01/2024.

Silke Kluise, 46, "has a wealth of experience in the fields of sports media and digital business, having served as CFO of OneFootball GmbH and head of corporate development at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. Within the DFL Group, Silke will report directly to the executive management team and, in addition to strategy, is responsible for the expansion of corporate partnerships and the business intelligence unit," explained the body.
