Media: Bruin acquires minority stake in Box to Box Films (Drive to Survive) for £30m

US private equity firm Bruin Capital has acquired a minority stake in London-based production company Box to Box Films, announced the two companies on 16/01/2024.

The investment is valued at £30m (€34.9m) according to specialised media. Box to Box has produced several sports documentary series, including "Drive To Survive" (Formula 1), "Break Point" (ATP Tour and Hologic WTA Tour), "Full Swing" (PGA Tour) and "Tour de France: Au cœur du peloton" (cycling), available exclusively on the Netflix streaming platform.

"The team at Box to Box has ushered in a new era of sports storytelling. How they look at turning insider access into productions that create real economic value is way ahead of the industry. It's unlocked the potential that sports properties have been chasing for decades.
