Bayer 04 Leverkusen: MG Motor (car manufacturer) official automotive partner from 2023-24

MG Motor, a car manufacturer owned by Chinese automotive giant SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, has become the "official automotive partner" of Bayer 04 Leverkusen (Bundesliga) from 2024, announced the German club on 12/01/2024. The partnership has been effective since 01/01/2024, however, neither the duration nor the value of the agreement, have been communicated.

MG Motor has the status of "Sponsors' Club" partner, the third level in Bayer 04's sponsorship hierarchy. "MG Motor's contractual rights include integration into the TV-relevant LED perimeter advertising at matches at the BayArena (30,210 capacity). Promotion rights for vehicle displays will also be realised there as part of Bundesliga home matches. In addition, MG Motor receives hospitality services from Bayer 04 with access to VIP tickets," explained the club.

"Bayer 04 Leverkusen will be celebrating its 120^th anniversary in 2024, and MG Motor will also be 100 years old. Reason enough to celebrate together in the form of an official partnership," added the current Bundesliga leaders.
