Australian Open 2024: sponsors of Jannik Sinner (ITA) celebrate his first Grand Slam title

Jannik Sinner won the 2024 Australian Open over Russia's Daniil Medvedev (3-6, 3-6, 6-4, 6-3) on 28/01/2024. In doing so, the 22-year-old won his first Grand Slam title, which carries a prize money of AU$3.15m (€1.94m), and became the highest-ranked Italian ever in the ATP rankings (4^th place).

On X (formerly Twitter), Nike praised the performance of Jannik Sinner, who is under contract with the American manufacturer for the 2022-2031 cycle ($150m/€138.5m). Swiss watchmaker Rolex, Italian luxury brand Gucci and Formula One Group, of which the Italian has been an ambassador since December 2023, also celebrated his title on social networks, where the player has more than 2.296 million followers.

Jannik Sinner, who also became the first Italian player in history to win the Australian Open, also received congratulations from various world tennis bodies, including the ATP and the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation (FITP).
