Olympique de Marseille: C. Barontini named CEO of the club's CSR programme & Suez becomes a partner

Cécilia Barontini, director of human resources at Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) since June 2020, has been appointed CEO of the "Treizième Homme" (Thirteenth Man) CSR programme, which "brings together the club's structuring projects," announced the club on 29/01/2024.

"Through 'Treizième Homme' and the strengthening of its organisation, Olympique de Marseille is making its commitment to local roots an even greater priority," explained the French club. The programme, launched in June 2023, is based on five pillars of action: the club's training centre, its women's team, the OM Legends project dedicated to passing on the history of OM, the "Droit au Coeur" Foundation and the OM Education initiative, which offers young people "opportunities for personal development and training linked to sports-related professions."

On the same day, Suez, a multinational company specialised in water and waste management, became a partner of the programme in order to "support the club in its ambitions in terms of social and environmental responsibility". The group has also become a partner of…
