Agencies: Charterhouse Capital Partners becomes a majority shareholder of Two Circles (80%)

London-based private equity firm Charterhouse Capital Partners (CCP) has acquired a majority stake (80%) in UK market research agency Two Circles, thereby taking over Bruin Capital's shares, announced the parties on 10/01/2024.
