London-based private equity firm Charterhouse Capital Partners (CCP) has acquired a majority stake (80%) in UK market research agency Two Circles, thereby taking over Bruin Capital's shares, announced the parties on 10/01/2024. The value of the deal is valued at an estimated £250m (€293m) according to the British press.

"The deal is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The business will continue to be led by CEO and co-founder, Gareth Balch, alongside the current management team, and the Two Circles team have reinvested in the company and increased their shareholding. Bruin Capital exits having helped to grow the revenues of Two Circles by 450% during its time as majority investor," explained Two Circles.

WPP, a British advertising group, holds the remaining 20% of Two Circles.
