2023-24 season tickets in the European Top 5 leagues

The 96 clubs involved in the European Top 5 leagues (Bundesliga, LALIGA EA Sports, Ligue 1 Uber Eats, Premier League & Serie A TIM) during the 2023-24 season have more than 2.21 million season ticket holders, an average of 23,108 per club. This figure represents 62.1% of the total capacity of the stadiums hosting the matches in the European Top 5. In 2022-23, the 98 clubs in the Top 5 (Ligue 1 had 20 clubs at the time versus 18 in 2023-24) had a total of 2.23 million season ticket holders, an average of 22,954 per club.

With an average of 27,801 season ticket holders per club, the Premier League is in first place, ahead of LALIGA EA Sports (27,711), the Bundesliga (23,919), Serie A TIM (18,577) and Ligue 1 Uber Eats (17,001). LALIGA EA Sports is the championship with the highest stadium fill rate by season ticket holders, who monopolise 81.3% of the seats available in Spanish stadiums. This ratio is only 49.9% in Italy and 49.8% in France, the lowest percentages in the Top 5.
