LALIGA: creation of the "Club Office" to support clubs in their development and growth

LALIGA has created a department called the "Club Office" ("Oficina de Clubes") with the aim of "supporting all LALIGA EA Sports and LALIGA Hypermotion clubs in their development and growth, in line with the significant progress made thanks to the LALIGA Impulso plan," announced the Spanish League on 05/02/2024.

The new department is headed by Jaime Blanco, until now deputy to the president of LALIGA and responsible for coordinating LALIGA Impulso, the economic development programme resulting from an agreement between LALIGA and its clubs (with the exception of Athletic Club Bilbao, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF and UD Ibiza) and the investment firm CVC Capital Partners. It is also made up of "LALIGA staff who have carried out consultancy and advisory work with the clubs that are part of the plan," explained the League.

This office will support the clubs in 11 areas of activity: communication, international development, digital strategy, branding, marketing, infrastructure, academies, activations, CSR, technology and human resources.
