MLS: Los Angeles FC & Inter Miami valued at over $1bn (Forbes)

Los Angeles FC (Los Angeles, California) and Inter Miami (Miami, Florida) are the two MLS franchises to surpass the billion-dollar valuation mark, according to the "Major League Soccer's Most Valuable Teams 2024" ranking published by the US business magazine Forbes on 02/02/2024.

LAFC, which became the first North American club to reach this milestone in 2023, now has an estimated value of $1.2bn (€1.1bn), while its Eastern Conference rivals, 11^th in 2023 (€600m), are worth $1.03bn (€950m). Third-placed LA Galaxy, meanwhile, are valued at $950m (€882m).

By way of comparison, Real Madrid CF (LALIGA EA Sports), the most valuable football club according to Forbes in May 2023, was valued at $6.7bn. AC Milan (Serie A TIM), 14^th in the ranking, was the club with the closest valuation to Los Angeles FC, at $1.4bn.
