The M6 group has acquired the exclusive free-to-air broadcasting rights in France for the Nigeria - Ivory Coast match, the final of the TotalEnergies AFCON 2023, to be played on Sunday 11/02/2024 (kick-off at 21:00 CET), announced the private free-TV group on 09/02/2024.

The group will broadcast the match on its free DTT channel W9. The match will also be broadcast on the beIN SPORTS 1 pay-TV channel. The pay-TV group beIN Media Group holds the broadcasting rights for CAF competitions, including the Africa Cup of Nations, for the 2017-2028 cycle, for an estimated cost of $415m (€385m). This agreement covers more than 40 countries in the MENA and APAC zones, as well as France, the United States and Canada.

The TotalEnergies AFCON 2023 will be broadcast in 180 countries. The previous edition, held in Cameroon in 2022 (initially scheduled for 2021, but postponed to 2022 because of the Covid-19 pandemic), was broadcast in 157 countries.
