Premier League: Sky Deutschland extends its TV rights in Germany, Austria & Switzerland (2025-2028)

Sky Deutschland has extended its exclusive full broadcasting rights to the Premier League for the DACH region for the 2025-2028 cycle, announced the pay-TV operator on 08/02/2024. These rights are non-exclusive in Switzerland, where the TV rights to the Premier League are also held by pay and free-TV group Canal+ (in French language).

"Sky Sport will continue to provide extensive coverage of the Premier League and will broadcast the season's 380 matches in full, including more than 250 live," said the operator, which also holds the rights to broadcast the Bundesliga (200 matches per season, 2021-2025), the 2.Bundesliga (in full, 2021-2025) and the DFB-Pokal (in full, 2022-2026) in these territories.

Sky Deutschland has held the rights to broadcast the Premier League in the DACH region since 2019. These rights were previously held by the OTT platform DAZN for the 2016-2019 cycle.
