USA/Women's football: Google Pixel (smartphones) official partner of the NWSL from 2024

Google Pixel, a smartphone brand from the US technology services company Google, has become an official sponsor of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) under a "multi-year partnership" from 2024, announced the North American league on 13/02/2024. The agreement was negotiated by marketing agency Allied Sports.

As part of the agreement, the brand becomes the "presenting sponsor" of the NWSL and the competition's play-offs. The two parties will also roll out the "Pitchside by Pixel" initiative to create content around the matches (backstage, press conferences, etc.) using AI technology built into Google Pixel smartphones.

The American brand is strengthening its commitment to women's football:
• Google Pixel became an official partner (2^nd level) of the German women's national team with the DFB for three years (2023-2026), on 25/05/2023, before acquiring the naming rights to the Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga (German women's 1^st division) for four seasons (2023-2027), on 01/06/2023;
