United Kingdom: TNT Sports acquires TV rights to the Emirates FA Cup for the 2025-2029 cycle

TNT Sports (ex-BT Sport, Warner Bros. Discovery) has acquired the UK broadcasting rights to the Emirates FA Cup for the 2025-2029 cycle (four seasons), announced the pay-TV bouquet on 15/02/2024.

"TNT Sports will showcase live matches from the first round, with every game from the third round outside of 3pm kick offs (TV blackout rule prohibiting the broadcast of live matches on Saturdays between 14:45 and 17:15 local time) on display through to the final at Wembley Stadium. Selected matches from every round will be available free-to-air, and highlights of every game will be made available. Further details of the free-to-air broadcaster will be confirmed in due course," explained The Football Association.

TNT Sports will also broadcast the FA Community Shield and the FA Youth Cup semi-finals and final.

The rights to broadcast the Emirates FA Cup are held by the public broadcaster BBC and the private free-TV group ITV in the UK until 2024-25.
