Manchester United FC: #ILoveUnited, a fan event in Mumbai (India) on 09/03/2024

Manchester United FC (Premier League) is rolling out the #ILoveUnited campaign in the Indian city of Mumbai (population 21 million) to coincide with the broadcast of its match versus Everton FC (Matchday 28 of the 2023-24 Premier League) on Saturday 09/03/2024 (kick-off 12:30 local time, 18:00 Mumbai time, 13:30 CET).

In Mumbai, a fan zone with a giant screen will be set up at the Royal Western India Turf Club racecourse, with free access for those who have pre-registered on the Manchester United website, and which will be attended by "club legends Denis Irwin and Wes Brown" and "thousands of fans."

The #ILoveUnited operation, which the club has been running for several seasons now, involves the broadcasting of a Manchester United match accompanied by various events in a city abroad. This is the eighth time the event has been held in India, and the second in Mumbai. The last event organised in the country, in Kolkata in October 2022, attracted "more than 7,000 fans".
