NBA: 5.5 million viewers for the 2024 All-Star Game in the United States (+20% versus 2023)

The NBA All-Star Game 2024, played at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis (Indiana, USA), drew an average of 5.5 million viewers on the pay-TV channels TNT, TBS and truTV (part of the Turner pay-TV group, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery) in the United States on Sunday 18/02/2024 (kick-off 20:00 ET, 02:00 CET D+1), according to data from the American institute Nielsen.

The audience was 20% up on the 2023 edition, which drew an average of 4.6 million viewers on TNT and TBS on Sunday 19/02/2023 (kick-off 20:00 ET, 02:00 CET D+1). The 2024 edition was the second-worst audience ever for an All-Star Game in the United States, behind 2023.

NBA All-Star Saturday Night 2024 (held on 17/02/2024), which included the Starry 3-Point Contest and the AT&T Slam Dunk, drew an average of 4.6 million viewers on TNT and truTV, according to Nielsen. This represents a 34% increase in audience compared with 2023 (3.42 million).
