Real Betis Balompié: partnership with RepScan to combat cyber-harassment of the club's youngsters

Real Betis Balompié (LALIGA EA Sports) has entered into a partnership with Spanish-American company RepScan to combat cyber-harassment targeting the club's youngsters, announced the latter on 20/02/2024.

The collaboration will see the introduction of an alert service on hateful and threatening behaviour in the digital world aimed at all the club's youth categories. The tool is "a green button that operates 24/7, identifies hateful content, removes it from the internet and follows up to prevent inappropriate images from going viral and causing harm to victims," explained the Spanish club.

"Once the content has been deleted, the RepScan team informs the person concerned, who can also view the progress of their file in real time via their profile," explained the company.
