Tennis: Emirates now partner of the 4 Grand Slam tournaments after an agreement with Wimbledon

Emirates has become an official partner of Wimbledon as part of a "multi-year" agreement from the 2024 edition (scheduled from 01 to 14/07), announced the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) on 22/02/2024.

The Emirati airline now has sponsorship contracts with all four Grand Slam tournaments: Emirates has been a partner of the US Open since 2012, Roland-Garros since 2013 and the Australian Open since 2015. The brand has also been the main partner of the Association of Tennis Professionals since 2016 (official partner over the 2013-2016 cycle), and is committed to "60 other tournaments" on the ATP and WTA circuits, according to the AELTC.

As part of its agreement with Wimbledon, the airline will receive on-court visibility and "marketing, digital, and social media rights; hospitality tickets; and an opportunity for the airline to join the popular 'Wimbleworld' on the metaverse platform, Roblox, with Emirates' branded tennis courts and obstacle courses," explained the organiser of the tournament.
