NBA: BBC acquires free-to-air rights in the UK to 9 games for the end of the 2023-24 season

The BBC has acquired the free-to-air broadcasting rights, in the United Kingdom, to nine NBA games for the remainder of the 2023-24 season, announced the British public audiovisual group on 22/02/2024.

The agreement, which includes five regular-season games and four playoff and finals games, kicked off with the broadcast of Philadelphia 76ers - Cleveland Cavaliers (104-97) on Friday 23/02/2024 (kick-off at 19:30 East Coast time, 0:30 GMT).

The BBC had a similar agreement to broadcast nine free-to-air NBA games during the 2022-23 season from 19/01/2023, including four regular season fixtures, two play-off games, one Conference Finals game and one NBA Finals game.
