Liga BBVA: "Not sure stopping Barça, like stopping Bosman, interests FIFA..." (Josep Bartomeu)

"Joseph Blatter (FIFA president) wants to talk with Barça, and we are willing to sit down around a table to solve the problem. (I am) tot sure that stopping Barça, like stopping (the) Bosman (ruling), interests FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association)..." stated Josep Bartomeu, president of FC Barcelona (Liga BBVA), on 14/01/2015.

The CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) confirmed the transfer ban on FC Barcelona in the next two transfer periods (winter 2015 and summer 2015), on 30/12/2014. FC Barcelona was originally sanctioned with a transfer ban by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee for the 2014-15 season on 02/04/2014.
