FC Bayern Munich: a shirt designed exclusively for the women's team to be worn from 17/03/2024

FC Bayern Munich's women's team (Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga) will wear a specially designed shirt for the first time when they host RB Leipzig at the FC Bayern Campus (2,500 capacity, Munich) on Saturday 16/03/2024 (Matchday 16 of 2023-24), announced the club on 04/03/2024.

"For the first time in the club's 54-year history, the FC Bayern Women will wear a jersey designed exclusively for them. It's a special jersey that has an impact beyond the pitch: a statement by women for women, a milestone to symbolise the self-determination and emancipation of women's football, not only because it fulfils a long-cherished dream, but also because Bayern’s own players were involved in its creation," said the club. The shirt, designed by model and designer Lena Gercke, was created in collaboration with adidas, the club's equipment supplier, whose men's team plays in the Bundesliga.
