FFF/Volkswagen: launch of a programme to promote sustainable mobility for amateur clubs in France

Volkswagen, a major partner (1^st level) of the Fédération Française de Football (FFF), has activated its partnership with the body and launched the "Electric Club by Volkswagen ID" programme to "bring sustainable mobility solutions to amateur clubs," announced the German car manufacturer on 04/03/2024.

"From the beginning of April 2024, through its network of more than 300 dealerships in France, Volkswagen will offer a programme aimed at supporting up to 100 clubs in transforming their mobility, by giving them access to a minimum of 10 loans of electric vehicles from the ID range per season and by financing them a club subscription to the SportEasy platform (a management application dedicated to amateur sports clubs)," explained the car manufacturer.

Clubs wishing to take part in the programme must apply on the electricclub.volkswagen.co.uk platform before 24/03/2024. "A jury made up of members of Volkswagen and the FFF will meet between 24 and 30/03/2024 to choose the 100 clubs selected. These clubs will be chosen on the basis of the reasons provided in their applications.
