FC Barcelona: launch of the free OTT platform Barça One (matches, programmes, archives, etc.)

FC Barcelona (LALIGA EA Sports) are launching the free OTT platform Barça One, announced the club on 03/05/2024.

The platform will go live "in the next few weeks, and is the natural and necessary evolution of Barça TV+" the pay streaming service launched by the Catalan club in June 2020. Fans will be able to watch Barça One content free of charge (with adverts) without having to register. A paid subscription, on the other hand, will allow access to the various ad-free content, which FC Barcelona season ticket holders will be able to access for free.

"Barça One will be able to draw on over 1,500 hours of material from the Barça TV archives (games, shows, reports, historic content, etc.) as well as a new selection of programmes with the latest Barça info, including live broadcasts, press conferences, original content and much more," said FC Barcelona.
